30-Day On-Water Trial and Exchange
Paddle your Hydrus board on your water. If the size or model is not right, exchange it for the one that is.
Exchange: No restocking fee. We handle the shipping. Within 30 days of delivery.
Return: Refund within 30 days. Return shipping is on you. A 20% restocking fee covers our cost to process and remarket the board.

Manufacturing defects covered for life. No registration, no fine print. If a Hydrus board fails because of how we built it, we make it right for as long as you own it, with free repair or replacement.
Extended coverage for five years. For the first five years, coverage goes further and includes premature wear like early seam wear, traction pad adhesion, or valve aging.
The Hydrus Care Program supports your board after that. Free evaluation, free minor repairs, fair pricing on bigger ones, and if a board truly cannot be repaired, up to 50% off a replacement. Most older-board issues are fixable, and we will walk you through it.
