We don’t just sell boards — we stand behind every adventure you take with them. Hydrus is about quality, performance, and relationships built to last. That’s why our policies reflect trust, long-term value, and a no-gimmicks approach to support.

We want you to be completely stoked with your Hydrus gear. If you’re not 100% satisfied within 30 days of receiving your purchase, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price.
Requirements:

Item must be in like-new condition, free of abnormal wear.

Restocking fees (5–15%) may apply for used items or missing parts.
Exchanges:
Want a different model? You can exchange your board within 30 days. If it’s like-new, there’s no restocking fee — just cover return shipping and any price difference.

✅ Lifetime Warranty (Boards Only)
Covers all Hydrus inflatable and hard boards purchased in 2021 or later by the original owner.
What’s Covered:

We go beyond the basics. If your Hydrus board is over 3 years old, you're still eligible for extended support:

🔍 Why We Exclude Second-Hand Boards
Our warranty is only valid for the original purchaser from Hydrus or an authorized retailer. Why? Because care and storage matter. This policy helps ensure that every product under warranty has been properly handled — preserving the integrity of our lifetime coverage and the trust of our community.

Visible Damage on Arrival? Please refuse the delivery and write "Refused due to damage" on the delivery slip (BOL).

Take clear photos of the issue and your product’s serial number (for boards: near the fin box).

If needed, we may ask you to ship your item to:
International and non-continental U.S. customers are responsible for shipping both ways.
